Round blades are usually machined from high-quality special steel. Now all walks of life are using round blades, and they are more common. When round inserts are forged and roughed on a lathe, they must be heat treated. Commonly used heat treatments for circular blades include salt bath heat treatment and vacuum heat treatment. No matter which heat treatment method is used, different materials and different temperatures are required. For example, some materials can release higher hardness when the texture reaches 800 degrees, and some materials can only release hardness when the texture reaches 1100 degrees. When the selected round blade material reaches hardness during heat treatment, it should be tempered.
